in my case, i seemed to end up with a bleed through of the clean signal into the distortion tone. this is not to be confused with the very infamous SD1 problem about the distorted tone bleeding thru the bypassed pedal - this is like having a 'blend' without a control to dial it in. as such it doesn't see use on my live pedal board, but it's pretty cool for different purposes when stacking pedals/recording/etc - it works really well on bass for this reason too.
