Anyone have a breakdown of what all those new pedals are (I'm guessing mostly circuit tweaks and combos)?
Hard to keep track these days

White spider was a killer pedal...good to see it as an option.
I regret selling mine. I figured devi would always sell them since it was so kick ass.
There are some that call me...morningstaru?

Devi has given me 2 free pedals, so she's queen in my book. And her forum is great.

Yeah, let's hope she turns her boat and puts the venom back in the fangs. Or even better: let Tom have yet another go with it.

I'm still feeling Tom is somehow the über gain + then some boost builder to build it, and I nearly lost my interest in the pedal as soon as he wasn't building it anymore. And we shortly discussed about a possible custom pedal with the White Spider features and then some, but unfortunately this never saw the light of day for several reasons (one being I went pretty much broke with my wifes third pregnancy).

Anyway: Destructo Noctavia is a DE design that I really, really still want. Funny how it seems to be THE ONLY DE design I'm absolutely in love with that she has kept to without discontinuing it (or something to the same effect) once, amiright? Even though it has clearly been close to. LUCKILY ENOUGH nearly all of them has survived in a way or another (through either Tom or Aen). It actually makes me pretty glad.

Destructo Noctavia. Dark Boost. White Spider. Torn SPeaker. Spectacular Aenima. Truly Beautiful Disaster. The Synth, the Bit, and the Dream Manglers.

this doesn't particularly strike me as a good sign:

This just in. I've decided to stop selling through retailers for a while. I am focusing on getting all of my pedals redesigned so that I can keep up with demand at which point I'll start selling through retailers again. Until then, I'll start stocking the devi ever etsy store with pedals as they are available... starting with a bunch of Bits that will be going up... in a bit. DO NOT PANIC. Grab a towel and enjoy the fuzz, because there's plenty more to come soon enough.

If my memory serves me correctly, I believe she is going to start using more surface mounted parts and such and less wires.

i remember that as well. but it seems like it'd be a better idea to hire a temp or 2 on 1099s to continue current production and keep the retailers happening than to totally shut down that part of the income stream. but that has its own problems with QC etc. :idk: it just seems like a big income cut at a time of large capital outlays isn't good.

She has posted a few times about hiring temps but it also comes back to just being her. Or maybe she just keeps them locked away in a closet without any connection to the outside world....

Delayed due to lack of R&D capital. Preorders suspended "due to drama." (Devi's words, not mine!)

I almost never go to devis new forum but I read on there that all future devi pedals would have no wiring (read: board mounted jacks switches and pots) due to the fact that it is much easier to hire someone to do that than to find someone who can do clean wiring. This will obviously solve the dependability issues that the old, electrical tape ridden DE pedals faced.
