Umm, the market? Pedal prices fluctuate like theres no tomorrow. Items are only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it, not what some book says
It's nice when fad pricing craters. I'm keeping fingers crossed for when baby-boomers can no longer cross fingers and need to sell vintage gear en masse for their arthritis meds.
