If the console II doesn't follow through, I'm gonna be pissed.

Definitely lost momentum...but she put out three or four new pedals and that pedal from the first post.

Wait, your WH still works? ......

The console is probably on the backburner because it's going to take some decent startup capital.
I believe the circuit breaker project/custom colors/custom truly beautifuls are all to raise console funds.

That STONE ain't no joke either. That demo where she's playing it with the Firebird is killer.

if Devi's doing different stuff, that's good. it it works, even better. i've kind of quit paying attention because i don't think feeding Devi with attention is beneficial to anybody involved. attention creates theatre, theatre distracts from the work, and Devi seems to REALLY like theatre. i'm sorry to hear about issues with workmanship on more recent stuff...my TBDD may be arbitrary and insane, but it's built like a tank. and as far as the Console II goes, it was always going to be a bigger stretch to get that sucker into the market than first envisioned; there's the start-up costs, the question of getting retailers to take on inventory for an untested concept, and the neither-fish-nor-fowl nature of a box that's kind of a multi-EFX unit but kinda not. not to mention whether the cartridge interface will be dependable for an effect with knobs rather than a game cartridge. i'm not saying it can't, or shouldn't, work, but it's still way far from a done deal.

I agree.

To me... the Console II is a modern day pedal version of a Electra MPC... :idk:

I owned one [still do but it is sort'a destroyed] that was missing the electronics.. and I've played one in a store that worked, they were pretty cool really, the FX weren't the best sounding in the world but it was really neat.

I wish Devi would just narrow her pedal horizon. As ambitious and creative as she is, she has way too much going on. I say this out of love for her pedals.

I love her ambitiousness, however, I wish she could focus a bit. She's getting better I feel. That warehouse is seeming to work wonders...maybe not. I've not order a pedal from here in a minute. I need scrilla for the Test Pattern.

Yeah... I just LOVE my DE/E13 pedals. And she really seems to ride on the tide of inspiration right now. I'm getting confused now that I clearly realized can't have the Circuitbraker AND the Spectacular Destructo Noctavia AND the King Fuzz AND the blend. Duh. :idk:

I just don't approve her forum running politics   but hey - that's my problem.

:whateva: yeah, and governed with rather random and whimsical execution of her own living room politics without feeling of integrity and sense of continuity.

Plus the fucking Thunderdome incident    I'm tempted and have browsed the forum a bit but.... no way I'm getting back before I have forgotten and put behind the Thunderdome meltdown
