Failure

Post by sev »

I guess I'm on a nineties trip. They are set to come back around (the 20 year rule).

Anyway.......... FAILURE....another one of my favorite nineties bands!

Their songs have been covered by the likes of A Perfect Circle.
Greg Edwards went on to form Autolux.
Ken Andrews went on to form Year Of The Rabbit, etc.
Troy Van Leeuwen went on to become a member of A Perfect Circle
They also collaborated with Tool members Maynard and Paul D'Amour in the cover band project The Replicants.

They made 3 albums.
The second (Magnified) and third (Fantastic Planet) are the ones to get.

Many of their songs use sweet dissonance...while still keeping you engaged with catchy yet unique songwriting.
Lots of fat guitar/bass tones too.

This is the song that got me into them.
