It has a lot of clarity, but it's really saggy and overdriven. How can I get that sound? Preferably a pedal?

Particularly on the second one it sounds like a cranked amp with a rolled down volume knob...

I had a Fulldrive 2 that sounded like that on the comp-cut setting, I've also had that old Dano Cool Cat 'OCD knock-off' thing which was also pretty gritty and saggy
too legit to quit

Did some looking-uppery and found that the Fryette S.A.S. actually nails this pretty well

I detected pushed amps with Fender single coil guitars myself.

I saw this picture of Hendrix, all he used was a wah.... And not even the Jim Dunlop Jimi Hedrix wah, just some old thing.....
Jimi didn't realise the horrible tone suck we had to listen to every time he used that wah.

Exactly what I was thinking, the Barbershop owns this sound.
