I know it's a Big Muff but I've never heard of anyone else have it save one on ebay a while back. It's a Fuzz/Compressor, nice tone.

My friend had that rotator thingy, but we could never tweak it to sound good on guitar :(

Maybe it's not for a guitar or it was broken?

This one or the bigger version with more knobs and control pedal input?

This one is actually a kind of filter circuit, sounding like a very strong phaser or almost flanger...

Probably the only "obscure" effect I own:
Image

My Sirkut Electronics Gnarler, which I love so very, very much.

And since I just happened to have it in Photobucket, here's a bitchin' gut shot:

Probably he simplest circuit I've ever seen in any pedal! haha...

EDIT: Oh, here's one I took at a "SEXY" angle:

Ithought it looked the same, but I remember it didn't had the footswitch, but rather the on/off switch.
It wasn't very good for a guitar,so we thought it's for synth or something...

Here's anudda EH oddity. Well, maybe not an oddity. But an old-assed EH of some kind nonetheless. I got it for $25 at a midnight 50% off sale at a local music store back in college. My guitar player insisted I needed to try playing with compression, and this thing said "compressor" right on it.

I was never very impressed with the results, unless I really cranked the "sustain" knob all the way down - then I got a really cool volume swell effect. Unfortunately, it eats through batteries like candy and I never bothered to get a 9v adaptor added.

I spoke to someone at EH about it once, and they said something along the lines of "Yep. That sounds like an old EH compression pedal. Sure does." End of conversation.

Just found a pic of my old yamaha phaser...it's kinda rare. :idk:

I sold it to my friend for peanuts...never looked back, but it was cooler than most of the phasers I've played.

Crazy distortion/oscillation... Just checked noisefx.com (who Sirkut sells through) but they don't have the Gnarler in :(

Hey if BJFE is considered obscure, then I can play:
