the 3d works perfectly (provided you don't have issues with depth perception) and the analogue nub is the best of any portable I've used but I'm gonna hold off on final judgement till more games start coming out.

What are you experiencing with battery life. I've been hearing, like, 4 to 6 hours.

It's roughly 3 and 1/2 with 3d cranked and 4-6 off but, given I don't go on epic pokemon binges anywhere I couldn't use the charger or go on trips long enough to warrant a 3 hour ds sitting, I don't see the problem with the battery life.

will they still continue to make regular DS games, or will they all be 3DS now? I keep holding out the hope that a new Ace Attorney game will come out...I still don't consider Phantom Detective one of those..It was made by Shu Takumi, but still...it's not the same  good game..but no AA!

Anybody know of some good PS1 or 2 RPGs that I probably missed out on? That means most series besides Final Fantasy and uhhhh...Chrono Cross and Legend of Dragoon.
Action RPG or whatever else is good too.

I also want to buy Monster Hunter but I'm hesitant because a lot of the content was in the now-dead online mode...

Just replay Legend of Dragoon.
It'll probably take a good 70 hours.
That game was awesome.

I remember getting a demo for LoD in a playstation magazine or something and it was, like, the entire first disc of the game.
That jank took forever.
