I'd honestly like to hear more of it with guitar or bass. there arent enough samples online. how much did you pay for yours? the only one i've found online is $2000! Do you know if the assblaster compares? Ive a DBA soundwave breakdown and its pretty gut-wrenching but i need something that will smash scrotums.

i dont think gut-wrenching is the word i meant for the DBA...more like ear piercing.

you can listen to some of our songs, e.g. the song "masterstroke", almost every sound on all songs that is not clean or the fuzz factory (less low end) on the guitar is the scrotum smasher. You find it here.
I never tried it on bass. Sorry, no experiences.
But the scrotum smasher has a lot of sounds and an exorbitant output: you can drive a power amp with it. With less gain (almost clean, breakup sound) it sounds also really unique in this application.
price? sth. around 500$. This was at the time, when they were offcially introduced - so, the list price.
No experience with the assblaster. It is on my long list. But i would say no, because the tubes are not exactly the same as in the scrotum smasher... The assblaster is an unique set of different effects with simplified controls instead of dedicated effects like the TM-series.

Put up any worldwide aby search. In january in europe one sold for ~480$. So you could probably find one
No, i won't sell mine for sure i even thought about a second one

btw, tx-1 (agonizer) and tx-2 (butt probe) do sound very different. so you won't get the scrotum sound with these...
