Their Mighty Micro series stuff sounds pretty good too..they're also a step up in build quality..metal enclosures, TBP and the like..
Never tried one, but the Torrid Fuzz sounds pretty crazy...

I thought it was suppose to be FuzzFace based rather then SuperFuzz based so I haven't really been all that keen on it.... Still... I have a soft spot in my head for guyatone so I might end up trying one.. One the other hand [yeah I know] I have a FZ-2000 on the way which is suppose to be a Fuzzface or tone bender variant...

My guitarist uses the Mighty Micro envelope filter and it totally rocks for guitar :thumb:

Wait, are we talking about the Torrid Fuzz,or the TZ-2? I was talking about the TZ-2 being Guyatone's take on the Univox Super Fuzz. It is,'cause I read it. In the case of the Torrid Fuzz,I'm not quite sure what to make of the"lineage" of the pedal, but it sounded pretty cool on the demos I've heard of it.

DUDE thanks for this review I would have never guessed. I got the same sound out of it that I was using my Gnomeratron for so it freed up the Gnome to do some crazier shit.
