I've said this before, on Facebook and the site, but I want to make sure no one misses the message.
Emails are really, really important to me. FuzzHugger depends on them, and I'm thankful for every message and question I get.
These days, we're getting 20+ emails a day. I respond to every email myself, and I WANT to respond to EVERY email. (And will!) It's really difficult to keep up with everything, between building pedals, managing the site, painting, and everything else.
Thanks so much for your patience. Please don't think a delayed response means I don't care about your message. Some replies get delayed, and every now and then, one gets lost between the cracks. If you don't get a response within a few days, please resend! If it's urgent, email again sooner! Never hesitate to resend your message.
