Brand new Jackson RR3 $500 shipped. I've decided I've been a single coil whore long enough, time to get the shred out.

I'm a sucker for pointy guitars. :idk:

I'm the exact opposite, I'm a sucker for curvey ones. especially those double cut les pauls with the cool pickguards.

but none the less that guitar looks pretty evil. :evil:

I love 'V's and explorer types, and grew up playing a V. Trouble was, they're real difficult to play sitting down lol. I have a bit of a downer on pointy guitars due to this now.

I'm more of an explorer guy, but I wasn't looking to throw down $1200 just yet, and I haven't heard enough about the Epiphone explorer, and the ESP copy comes with active EMG's (though the 81/60 combo is nice instead of he overdone 81/85.)

Fast neck, one of the better floyd "licensed" trems, SD JB/jazz humbuckers, uber pointy = :love:

If ya want evil pointy guitars check out some of the stuff Dean Zelinsky (of Dean guitars fame, he quit the company) is doing over at dbzguitars.com ...that V looks like it slays
