I celebrated my Statesies coming in by buying Portugal. The Man's Censored Colors, The Satanic Satanist and American Ghetto, as well as Of Montreal's False Priest, all on vinyl.

Hey! Let's talk about serious thing. We're gonna talk about guitar, dude.

I've been listening to False Priest in my car for like the last week. I lurve it soooooo much. Enemy Gene and Famine Affair are absolutely tits. Kevin Barnes is my favorite person of the 21st century(I know he was making music before then, but it didn't get really amazing until Satanic Panic/Sunlandic Twins)
My new tubes are like ten minutes away from me, but they won't be delivered until Monday which is a point of both excitement and contention.
I'll come back from what is bound to be an interesting adventure at the state capitol Sunday/Monday and be able to rock out. This mofo' don't need to sleep (I say as I yawn).

I always forget how awesome Franz Ferdinand is. Their self-titled is one of those albums I bought in high school and listened to constantly because I didn't have a lot of music yet. Now, I'm just shy of 40gigs. I wonder how much I haven't listened to.
