Do it! It'd be cool if it could still cop the tones it does now cause the sounds that come out are great already. I just wouldn't want you to bass it up, and it lose the other character it already brings. Anyways, I forgot this is the secret santa thread, I diverge...

Yeah, definitely. I couldn't call it a Crush Fuzz without it sounding like one, after all.

Next year I'll have to get in on the Secret Santa thing. :thumb:

Deadbeatriot sent me a super-cool DE Noise Floor, with extra knobbies on the sides. Here's a little video of me messing around on one setting. Sorry, my phone camera is acting up, so I don't have a pic of the actual thing (just image a Noise Floor with ears and a mutilated face).

Hahahahaha.
It's not a big deal really.
Shit happens.

It was shipped late and customs opened it up.
I really don't mind.

That used to be mine! It was a VFM modded by torgoslayer on the DE forums to have a tone and starve control. Great pedal. Digging your demo man. Love the bandana dampener and the butterfly knife stylings. Keep on keepin' on Tiger-homie. Glad that pedal is having some happy travels. And shoot some of those good SC fireworks off for me!

I really had no idea what the knobs are, thanks for the info. In the video I had the one on the right cranked all the way clockwise, with noise mode on. That one must be starve, because noise mode doesn't oscillate with that knob all the way clockwise; a very sensitive and mutilated fuzz. It's pretty cool knowing this pedal's owner history, too.

Thanks. Hitting the bridge with a metallic object, with a lot of fuzz and through a wah, gives kind of a cool, chimey sound.

We'll certainly have another go this Decemember. I'm thinking we include a piece of gear and the best piece of music you can find on CD/Vinyl for under 5 bucks this time. Obviously it's way too early to worry about that bullshit. It's almost SUMMER!
