Pedals that your feedback loops like and don't like.

I think it would be a good idea to get a kind of master list going of pedals that either sound awesome, aweful, or don't do anything, with the utter stutter and chk chk boom.

Here's my first contribution:

Subdecay Noise Box: Good, I forget what sounds I got out of it, (it's been unplugged for a couple weeks), but as you can imagine it was very sensitive pretty crazy.

Malekko Ekko 616: Pretty standard, makes spaceship esque feedback.

Ibanez PH7: Surprisingly does nothing on it's own (low output maybe?) makes chirpy noises with the 616 also running.

this is a great idea, may I add that sometimes a pedal won't do anything alone but will add something to the mix if in the right combination.

you know what would be good? you tube videos for all of these!

you'd have to show your amp and guitar because pick up impedance affect everthing, try the ccb with out an input plugged in and see for yourself.

I realize that feedback loops are all about experimentation. My first intuition when I got an Utter Stutter was to put my whole board into the loop. Reading the few replies in the thread makes me wonder if I'm using my US to it's fullest potential by doing so.

Since there are and are not pedals that "like" feedback loops is there any detriment to having an entire board going into the US' loop even if those pedals are bypassed when the US is in operation.

Delay, as mentioned, gets you lots of just little spacey undertones which sometimes get lost in the noise

EHX Holy Stain makes great sounds. Especially the pitch shift.
Marshall Regenerator doesn't do anything.

my CCB does not like the behringer echo machine it makes a sorta studdering rising siren sound very high pitched. it makes my DOD stereo flanger oscillate nicely but doesnt do anything but. my soundwave breakdown screeches(which is very cool IMO). It does like my Behringer vintage delay very much. the swells are very good. except i dont like that pedal very much on its own! all digital distortions ive tried are balls(figured as much)

Ill put some more as i try more pedals with it.

EA SuperCollider - tuneable self oscillation via volume knob, pickup selector.
EHX Deluxe Memory Boy - controllable self oscillation, also via the volume knob.
SS/BS TAFM - weird starved tremolo sounds.
Dr. Sci Cosmichorus - everything sounds awesome via everything.
Malekko Phaser - high pitched feedback that followed the phase sweep.
Blackarts Pharaoh - same as SuperCollider.

Dwarfcraft TGD - nothing
FH Phantom Octave - nothing
Holiest Grail - uncontrollable ear piercing feedback...honestly, not the good kind.
Empress Tremolo - ear piercing feedback but just through a trem. once again, not the good kind.

So far my favorite has been the 4545 in the CCB. SOOOOOOOOO Fucked.
