Just look at Bootsy! Those sunglasses! Those dudes didn't have any kind of fashion in mind. They just tried to look as flashy and insane as possible and it's so awesome.

EDIT: I just noticed somebody behind them is wearing a top hat. A fucking big-ass top hat!
