 I've always felt it sounds like a commercial or something when the chorus comes in.

As far as songs I hate, this is tops right now:

Nah, I saw that a couple weeks ago and...I dunno, maybe it's a self-defense mechanism or something, but I just can't fathom how that could be a "real" song. It has to be some kind of joke, like something that was on SNL. There's no way it's real.

I hope.

but I can relate so much to that song!!! It's like she's singing about my life. It's almost as dear to my heart as that lip gloss song.
"My lip gloss is cool
My lip gloss be poppin'
I'm standin' at my locker
All the boys keep stoppin'

Whatchu know 'bout me?
Whatchu, whatchu know 'bout me?
Whatchu know 'bout me?
Whatchu, whatchu know 'bout me?"

I often try to decide which world is more oblivious to how silly and ridiculous it is, Hip Hop or Metal.

Don't be hating on either of them solely because the popular examples of both genres generally aren't good. Both of them can be excellent at times.

Man, I need to stop saying such opinionated and easily misinterpreted things. Of course, there's plenty of good Hip Hop and Metal music. I'm simply talking about the more extreme, superficial sides of their affiliated scenes from an entirely subjective, shallow, judgmental viewpoint.

ILF seems a little tightly wound this evening. I'ma get some sleep now. I suggest the rest of you crankies do the same ;)

It's like a bad joke, turned into an even worse song.
