OH HELL YES:

I loved every single second of Dry. Dug a lot of Rid of Me, and kind of fell off after that. I should probably go back and start getting into her later stuff...

I'll second a Hell Yes! I wore out "Stories From the City..." powerful and very haunting. Little different vibe then the earlier stuff which I also dig big time.

Fucking yes. Stores From The City, Stories From The Sea is my favorite by far, but I can't say I haven't liked any of her stuff I've heard.

Anyone else get into her from Henry Lee by Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds?

Another HELL YES here. Especially her earlier stuff which is raw in the right way. The two albums she did with John Parish are also excellent. Fortunately I'll get to see her in May after catching her on the John Parish tour a couple years back.

This rendition of Rid of Me is just

Big on PJ. I love all of her records but never did buy white chalk. I think Is this Desire? is beautiful and underrated in her canon.

Polly rocks! :) You can't go wrong with a video starting with stomp boxes and awesome wandering back and forth and about them. Somehow this reminds me of something the old post punk artists had. It's got the rawks. And it sounds damn honest. :thumb:

The Firebird really suits her.

Liking her new album so far. It's similar to A Woman A Man Walked By but without the crazier moments.
