I bought a weeping demon at GC a couple days ago, this thing blows way too much tonal coloration, like theres way too much difference in tone when its on and off but i got it for $49.99 ... cant quite beat that, can ya?
but if theres anything Ive learned on this forum is that theres no reason why i cant have multiple pieces of gear that do the same thing
so guys, whats your favorite wah pedal?

I'm still trying to find the wah that is right for me. I have a Vox V847 that is okay, but I've never really bonded with it. It's too nasally and the sweep isn't big enough for me. As weird as it sounds, the wah that has felt the most "right" to me was the one in my Boss GT-3 multi-effects processor. Weird.
Haha. I use a weeping demon because of the way it colors your tone, like I use it as more of a filter/synth type thing. I'm still lookin for my 'normal' wah...
Anyone ever use a Fender Fuzz Wah?
EDIT- I've never used the WD with guitar, I could see how it might sound shite though.
I've got a Crybaby (that I won't ever let go), a Morley Classic, a 70's Morley Vol/Wah (a great big shiny metal beast with built in boost'n'all sorts), a Boss PW10, and a Snarling Dogs SuperBawl.
They ALL sound different too!!!!! Horses for courses you could say. But for that classic sound, I always go to my Crybaby. I guess it's the one I've learned to use the best.
I have a Morley Bad Horsie wah, it sounds good, true bypass when its not in use. I like the idea of just being able to jump on it and it works. But I'm selling it to my friend because I let him use it during a show and he sexed it so bad during a Purple Haze cover. I had to sell it to him.

Um, well... All I ever had was a shit Lyon wah... Washburn's Lyon series is just utter crap... I've got one defective chorus and one defective wah from them, the only two Lyon pedals I own... The wah *used* to work, and sounded alright for what it cost, but now when I switch it on, it just filters everything with barle any variation between heel/toe positions... It's annoying, and it sounds crappy! GRRR!
I've really been wanting to get a Chicago Iron Parachute wah kit for the shell... ONE DAY...
i have a foxx fuzz wah, just because it cost me less than a standalone tone machine. the wah is not so hot. but then again i didn't like my old italian wah with the fasel inductor
i used to use the crybaby from hell and loved it's tweakability... now i use the bad horsie. the tone is great, and with some tweaking of the trim pot and some practice, the ability to jump on and off the effect is priceless.

Would anyone know how to do that? I would use mine more if it had that mod. It's a Tech 21 Killer Wail.
I've got a crybaby that has the "whipple mod" done to it.. also have a stock crybaby that I plan(ned) on moding. My other guitar player has a fulltone clyde. the whipple modded wah is amazing with fuzz pedals.
