The tone you get at 5:21 is my favorite setting. I pretty much just go between that setting and having the blend and tracking all the way up for NES 8-bit tones
BTW - just to clear it up, the bottom right knob is volume, the bottom left is the blend between just fuzz and the octave-down fuzz, and the top knob controls the glitchiness of the octave-down.
