Actually, the box I use is bigger than the Small Flat Rate. Same shape and everything, but bigger. International shipping costs $25 US.
I -might- be able to squeeze one an And Aardvarks! into a small flat rate if I leave the knobs off don't put feet on it. Gnomeratrons are just a little taller.
I have received similar pedals in small flat rates, but the box is always distorted over the knobs and toggles. Not a big deal if a knob gets broken, but a toggle would have to get replaced.
