I bought a Fender Deluxe Reverb for $650 today, got it pretty late so I have had a chance to really put it to the test yet but I'm pretty happy.

I had to look it up.

Afro Ken (アフロ犬) is a Japanese character created by the San-X company, which creates other anime-style characters such as Kogepan. He is a dog with a rainbow-coloured afro. He is innocent and blameless and always in a good mood. Afro Ken is always willing to try new things. Afro Ken is attracted to objects that look like he does. His hair changes to look like these things as he gets close to them.

THIS IS AWESOME

Brett Favre is getting his comeuppance. He broke the collective heart of 5 million people, and all he got to show for it is a concussion, a number of pending sexual harassment lawsuits, and a tainted legacy. File this one under contentedness.

Also, new guitar is on the way!!!!! :yay: Fender Blacktop Jazzmaster with upgraded pups and pots and whatnot. I'd be the coolest kid in school  if I still went to school.

i love that feeling after an awesome show. it feels like the rest of the world has slowed down almost.

I ORDERED A PIZZA AND ASKED THEM TO CUT IT INTO A PENTAGRAM AND THEY DID.

but now i realize why all pizzas aren't cut into pentagrams. it's such an awkward shape.

Just ask them to put little nyquil gel tablets and cough drops on it. Tell them not to skimp on the codeine!

In other news...My Jazzmaster arrived today!!! It's even more wonderful than I imagined :yay: I feel like Zsuzsu from It's a Wonderful Life: "I don't want to go to sleep. I want to stay up and look at my flower" except substitute flower for guitar.

I've got a few fun things lined up in life. Tomorrow, first meeting with person interested in started a band. It's a craigslist thing so it might turn out well, might suck. :idk: All I know is some stranger who is four years older than me(not really weird) is driving 30 minutes to jam with me in my parents basement. :idk: :idk:

Saturday, I'm hanging out with a friend I haven't seen in months. Partying and doing other unmentionables that I haven't experienced in a few months. No, not sex, although you can never rule that out. For me it always seems to happen when I least expect it.
