Parallel Effect Processing: How are you doing it?

Post by dorfmeister »

I am wanting to set up a rig for parallel effects processing using the Wounded Paw 4 channel super blender.

I know this can get a bit complex but it also allows lots of flexibility.

The Wounded paw has a dedicated clean channel and then in channel A I plan to run a Strymon El Capistan.

Channel B will have a Snazzy Mini-Ark, WMD Super Fatman, and Subdecay Echo Box in the loop.

Channel C will have a Dice Works Muff Diver, Death by Audio Interstellar Overdriver Supreme and then Badger Effects Parallel Looper with an Earthquaker Sea Machine in one channel and an Earthquaker Disaster Transport in the other channel.

I will be able to run Channel B into Channel C as well.

I will also be running a Boomerang 3, Z-Vex Lo Fi Loop Junky, and a Digitech Solo Jamman after all the other pedals to do some flexible looping.

So anyway that is how I am conceiving of setting up my parallel rig.

What are you doing?

Well in the case of my proposed rig it is to give far more flexibility in allowing pedals to be active running alongside each other rather than into each other. Plus I essential can have straight through to amp, and clean tone mixed with any or all of the three loops. That is some very powerful flexibility.
