Just noticed that the alc/vol percentage on these is different...one looks like 12% and the other looks like 11%...I wonder why that is?

I really like "Somebody to Love" by Jefferson Airplane.

Jefferson Airplane is Jefferson Airplane is Jefferson Airplane. It's all awesome, and Grace Slick is a sonic goddess.

Overall i like the airplane when they decide to rock out but some of their songs are awful. For example, crown of creation. THat albums title song is fantastic as are about wo other songs on the album but the rest is just dogshit...

I have to confess the only Jefferson Airplane album I've listened to in it's entirety is Surrealistic Pillow, not that I haven't heard other select songs here and there.

all the Airplane albums are spotty, but the good stuff is great. Jack Casady is my favorite bassist ever, and the coda to "Somebody to Love" is what made me want to play a stringed instrument.

The V-shape is as pointy of a guitar as I can tolerate. The Mockingbird is not that POINTY BRUTAL so it's ok as well. Also I dislike Jackson headstocks.
