Re: The what ever thread...
Just crouched for so long that BOTH of my feet fell asleep, and I got up and carried both my coffee AND my laptop to the bathroom--with BOTH my feet asleep--without dropping anything. I feel really accomplished.

Re: The what ever thread...
... i am watching teen mom.
in my defense, my mom is recording it so i can't change the channel.
this chick is beating up on her boyfriend and otherwise being an awful mom. i was raging so hard then i googled and found out she might be going to jail. she totally should. and i'm also pissed the camera crew didn't intervene during the many times she abused him. seriously that is not okay. i bet if he hit her once the camera crew would have actually intervened and there would've been swifter justice.
and there's commercials for this show. it's called 'i used to be fat' and a quote from it is "i want her to be happy, but thinner.' said by this girl's mom.
i'm so mad but i somehow can't turn the tv off

Listening to The Snake The Cross The Crown has given me that desperate desire to create sounds that convey such powerful emotions like I haven't felt in a long time.

Hey! Let's talk about serious thing. We're gonna talk about guitar, dude.

last night they were showing an ad for that "Mutant Planet" series which is coming up--which i am totally looking forward to...whole shows full of unusual critters, how can this be bad?--and i said to Kimmie "jeez, i remember when this was what cable TV was all about, nature shows and live performances and stuff...now it's all about sick people, and i don't mean people with colds." more and more i'm like "i don't want to know anything more about you, thank you very much" {CLICK}

Re: The what ever thread...
i watched a BET soul train special today. it was actually very interesting.
i felt really young, in a weird way. it took a while for me to imagine pop culture without music videos being as they are now. i don't think i spend enough time appreciating youtube and megaupload and downloads and shit.
