Priorities...what would you like to see first?
Okay, some may be aware that I am currently working on some of my own designs and takes on older pedals.
If not, well now you know.
Anyway, I'm in a bind and decided I'll let you pick what I should finish working on first.

While the Tonebender is my favorite of the options you listed, I think light overdrive is something there should be more of. I've built a bunch of Tonebenders in the last year, and the deliberate variations between each version were too subtle to really stand out as a "modded" Tonebender, in my opinion anyhow. I spent a lot of time today with my Mellowtone Dirty Chan Clean Chan (which is actually a clean boost going into a dirty boost when both are engaged... so confusing!), and I really like it.

I love the smell of solder in the morning.

the boutique world always needs some interesting and not too expensive delays.

I choose delay, I'd love a reverse delay or a random delay mode where it would just randomly change delay times, would be cool in conjunction with the reverse function.

Ooh.. I know how to do the randomized delay time thing, but it would be a pitch bendy mess.

Non-random time shifting would be cooler.
Like with a sequencer and shit.
I need to know if this exists now.
But as for the topic, filtery table top noise maker sounds cool.

And if you could do it similar to Zvex's Ooh Wah, Tremorama, Ringtone, that would be EPIC! I would be seriously down for something like that.

Re: Priorities...what would you like to see first?
Definitely looks like delay is taking the cake, light OD should be pretty fun and I'm excited to see the tabletop thing keeping up somewhat cause I can just go crazy with it.
I can almost assure you that I wont be doing any dedicated reverse delay in the near future...
The random pitch bending echo nonsense, its possible I guess, not what I was expecting but I can sure as hell look into it. Maybe nbabmf will beat me to the punch.

Okay...Delay, OD, Tabletop Device.
Now, more ideas for them, start suggesting. Go.
I'd like to see where this goes.

This came up in your old BST thread, but a small dedicated reverse delay would be instant buyZ
