What could you compare it too fuzz wise (would there be major overlap w/ a bigmuff)? What's the texture like? Are all of the knobs really interactive? Does the gain have a pretty wide sweep? I've heard some demos, but nothing really HQ.
I haven't had mine for too long, but I've already found a wide range of fuzz sounds just by messing around. By turning the input gain down and cranking the fuzz you can get more crackly, fizzy fuzz tones. Or crank them both and get super heavy balls to the wall fuzz with lots of bass. I don't exactly remember the settings, but I got some upper octave out of it at points. With the bottom switch in the down position you can get slightly scooped muffy type fuzz sounds. The gain has a very wide sweep ranging from lighter overdrive sounds with the input gain and fuzz all the way down, or all out destruction with everything cranked, and anywhere in between. The tone knob has a super wide range as well. All the knobs are interactive and I haven't gotten a bad sound out of it. I feel like I haven't even scratched the surface of its capabilities, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff. But yeah...I fuckin love it.
Probably my favourite thing about the TAFM is that it really does not sound like any other fuzz. It is ballsy, not tame or polite. Very little overlap with a Muff. Metric Fuckton (1.6 Imperial Fucktons) of gain. Being able to mix in the clean signal is awesome.
Shape knob is what all EQ / tone controls should be... it sounds good throughout the entire range.
The Shape, Fuzz and Input controls are very interactive. Multiply that by the fact that it responds to pickup selection and your volume and tone knobs like a champ.

I'm glad I'm not the only person that uses the unit of measurement Metric Fuckton! Metric Shit-ton is pretty awesome too. JUST LIKE THE TAFM.
