i have a break for 6 weeks soon so i thought id have a crack

General Guitar Gadgets AD-3208 & Build Your Own Clone Analog Delay, that's all I know of atleast.
Madbean is also working on a project for Memory Man PCBs using the Cool Audio 3205 chips but that could be a while off I suppose.
If you can find someone to etch for you, there's more options, I have a really dirt simple slap back project if you can get an etched board plus there's the DM-3 and a few others i'm sure.

I will keep you posted, or you can follow Madbean on one of the forums.
The Memory Man, AD-3208 & BYOC are all 500ms or Over, the BYOC is 1 Second of Analog Delay, the AD-3208 is made for two 3208 chips which would be 300msish but nothing to stop you putting in 3205s for 500msish.
For the Mad Bean DM-2 (Aqua Puss) You'd know to build a Double Delay Board to get it to 500ms, they were for sale but think they're outta stock.
The project i've done is for a 50ms or 100ms Slap Back Delay, it's the 70s EHX Full Double Tracker, there's no companding to worry about, Just One Knob, One Switch, One OpAmp, One BBD & A CMOS Clock Chip (4047) So it's a cheap build, but simple sounds.
Of course don't forget there's lots of PT2399 analog voiced Delays, they're pretty damn good, and mean a simpler build with cheaper parts for the most part... regards that, i'd check out the Tonepad Rebote 2.5 & Slackers Echo Base (Has Delay Tails & Modulation) which you can buy PCBs for from here - musicpcb.com

If you're willing to track down and pay for the correct BBD's, there is a guy who sells DM-2 boards on eBay for fitting into an existing Boss enclosure so you can have an exact clone, buffered bypass and all.
Also, +1 on the PT2399 based delays. I had an early BYOC "analog" delay that had the PT2399. There's nothing analog about that chip but the way it sounds. It even self-oscillated like an analog delay.
