Looking for a high powered Guitar/Bass amp options
I've been gassing upgrade my mesa dc-5 and would like to go with something like a orange thunderverb or verellen meatsmoke. Was just curious what other amps are out there that would fit this mold. The help is much appreciated.

What about those Fender Bassman 100 heads... I really like them
Don't know about the Sunn's unfortunately but some seem suitable for these multiple uses..
And I've read good things about Love Buzz from Dwarfcraft when it comes to amplifying bass and guitar..

Yea the fender bassman 100 would be a viable and cheaper option.

A 60's Sunn 1X15 cad with a celestion green label in it and I have a 70's Webb 2X15 roads style cab with old JBLs, I've also run it though my guitarist's 4X12 Marshall which sounded killer, but ATM I don't have a "real" guitar cab

Hmm all good suggestions. I don't know if I'm gonna go the new or used route. It looks like I will have more options if I go used. I'm leaning towards the thunderverb right now hey mudfuzz can I come by and try yours out?
