Have you tried bending her over the bed and fucking her from behind? this seems like it would help as A.she wont be looking directly at you so you wont be thinking emotionally and will have less chance of fixating on the stupid cunt that made the comment and B you take the dominant position allowing you to set the pace so youll be able to control your breathing and focus on actually deriving pleasure.
