was just at a jeff beck show tonight. holy shit can that dude play. his bass player was no slouch herself. didnt really take any pics, except for 1 while he was playing an lp since it was out of the norm.

Totally jealous. Especially if he's back playing a Les Paul....I love that sound. Damn I'm going to go listen to Blow By Blow now.
I'm guessing the bass player was Tal Wilkenfeld -- she's awesome, especially for being so young.

well he only played the lp for 1 song as a tribute to les, i just couldnt resist taking the picture of it heh. & the bass player was rhonda smith. http://www.jeffbeck.com/bio2.php shows his line up.

trombone shorty opened for him, & i enjoyed their set quite a bit as well. never been a big fan of horns, but his show is def worth seeing.

best video i could find of him right off. he had a diff sax player last night than in the video, but other wise the same line up. as a band they as tight as tight could be last night.
