Re: Demo Request Thread
thanks the demo does not do it justice though it is seriously HUGE sounding on the octave settings. My guitarist started laughing when I broke it out at practice today he said it made him feel like he was going to crap his pants.

Re: Demo Request Thread
very quick top fuel wank for blurman
it always makes me play 80s sounding stuff
(though I used to also get a convincing mastodon tone out of it)
was going to do a more extensive demo, but my recording setup is mic > xlr to 1/8 cable > pc, so its either super quiet or starts flanging as soon as the mic or soundcard or whatever is overloaded (edit: also why its just single note leads, dirty chords turn into flangey mush)
oh how I miss my tascam recorder, but I only used it for demo clips
setup is:
strat bridge > tf > analogman delay > swart clean, sorry I didn't do a clean sample

Yeah I think it will sound awesome with some dubstep style tones on my mesa 300

yeah when I had a behringer head I always thought the pedal was ok but then I got my bassman 300 and that made all the difference. It sounds pretty cold and digital but when you slam it into tubes it warms right up.

Re: Demo Request Thread
Not the most in depth demo of these pedals, but I was messing around with the Wrong Side of Uranus and felt kinda inspired.

You can read a description on the youtube link about what I'm using. Mainly the WSOU, Malekko Trem, 616 and BiFet Preamp.

Sounds great! It's one of those pedals I have no use for by itself, but with my other pedals I think could be freakin' fierce. Thanks for putting up the demo, I'll prob see if I can't take some of my pedals with me and go test it out now.

Not a twin, but I have two other silvertones, the 1422 and the 1428 if one of those would suffice.

Thanks, happy to do it. It really plays well with others. I've been using it right after my Freeze pedal, and it's cool hearing the overall filter just slowly resonate and then take off when you put a little distortion on it.

I would love to hear clips of ALL OF THOSE. However, if you're looking to narrow it down, I'd really like to hear the tzf and lion.
whipped out the foxrox today and filmed a short clip of something all the other clips don't really address but which is my favourite part of the pedal

Hey Eric, probably going to wait on the 3leaf demo until I send the proto back to Spencer for the production board. Should be pretty sweet; thinking of grabbing some audio clips anyway prior so I can compare it.
