At long, long last...could it be...the chorus about which I inquired on this very forum? The one that, yes, people will still use, not only after the verses, but on the whole friggin' song and with glorious, fuzzy overdrive?
What will the release date be? I remember your saying early next year, so this is a pleasant surprise!

I think it says animals or animate? Def some sort of chorus/modulation...look at those IC's (though I can only read the op-amp on the left)

Heh heh...well, kind of. I agree chorus was overdone in the 80s. My point of reference for liking it was not 80s pop or hair metal, but Bob Mould of Husker Du. For the most part, he wasn't using it for pretty, chimey stuff, but to make his speakers sound even more like they were about rip apart when layered with that explosive, ripping OD that he somehow managed to get from an MXR Distortion + and a couple of cheap solid state and tube amps.

Re: Something new...
That didn't take long... It's a chorus! Not a dimension C either (or a clone of any sort). It does your basic chorus but it also does shimmery ambiance, reverby vibes, ridiculous pitch bending, glitchy robot noises and a fuck ton of other stuff I haven't even gotten to yet. Doesn't sound like any chorus I own or any demos I listened to. Everything is interactive in a good way, nothing runs away from you and it doesn't take too long to figure out. Even if you despise chorus, there is some setting you can use. Also the first prototype we've built that needed no changes to the parts or the pcb! The controls are:
Depth, rate, intensity, shape, dimension, animate.

Should hopefully be around the second week of November if not sooner. Boards get here tomorrow and enclosures will be ordered next week.
