Hi, I'm jack
I play guitar, bass, and a variety of wind instruments (which I don't use as much because they are harder to run into a fuzz box)
I have an unhealthy obsession with dirt. (i have 3 1/2 and at least 1 is always on, cranked, and making everyone in the house nuts)
I love jazzmasters way more than I should
:p is my favorite smiley
I suck at soldering
I hate haircuts
Somehow I managed to wind up with 2 purple guitars
I never change strings unless one breaks (my tele has 4 year old strings)
my favorite effect makers are mellowtone and dwarfcraft
I don't enjoy living in alabama.
that is pretty much anything anyone will ever need to know about me.

Iv'e been lurking on this board looking at the sick fuzz pedals people were making and thought I should join and hope to spruce up my pedal collection when the money allows it.

Hey, long time lurker and first time poster... ?

Anyway, I'm a bassist. I'm 33 and have played bass for about 22 years or so (still play upright as well as electric). I mainly do a lot of theatre pit stuff, but also play in a folk band and an art-rock group that does original soundtracks to silent films, which is the proponent behind my newfound effects interest.

Other than that, I write a lot of solo bass stuff (kind of like Michael Manring), also with the help of a loop station. Using effects with the looper is definitely making me explore a lot of weirder stuff that I wouldn't normally pick up.

Hi guys, I'm new here!

I'm Marco and I'm a 27 years old Italian guy who loves fuzzes (and who doesn't speak English very well... sorry...).

I play bass, baritone, and guitar, and... yess... fuzz. A lot of fuzzes.

This is my regular band, in which I play the bass: http://www.myspace.com/ekeskog, but I also play in others noise/psych/drone performance and improvisations.

Cheers,

Marco

Hey Julie :hello:

Even though I know you are almost definitely a sweetheart, I'm going to allow myself to think that you are an insane bitch that orders Tom around like the gimp (since Tom is such a sweet guy, it's just funnier that way)

Hey guys!

I'm Matt, I'm from Manchester but I currently live in Cambridge studying at the Tech University there!

I used to be a straight up overdrive and simple effects guy, then I went totally mad and had a huge pedalboard full of delus and boutique stuff about 2 years ago, then when uni started I sold it all off an stuck to my NY Big Muff and Ernie Ball Wah, just now starting to build my collection again!

Also into video games and photography too!

Hi!
