Here's the debut EP from a local shoegaze/pop band that's sort of rapidly growing in the philly scene..
i think this EP of a few selected works from the full length they're working on and if you ask me it's rather charming.
They do a pretty sweet cover of Jesus & Mary Chain's Something I Can't Have..
and obviously that means you should check it out.
My favourite is Sound Of The Sun, but if that's a little bit too My Bloody Valentine for you check out Capital Jump or Crocus for the poppier side of them.
