So I'm looking for a delay pedal with an effects loop. I've got my eye on the Skreddy Echo and the Red Witch Titan, and I was just wondering what everyone thought about the two.
They both are relatively similar in price, but the Skrecho is a little harder to find and definitely easier to resell - not that the Red Witch won't be.
Regarding tones, I prefer darker repeats that aren't too washy or aren't too stiff. Any ideas?
By the way, I don't want a Deluxe Memory Boy. I don't like the sound of it at all. And the SolidGold FX delay needs a stupid Y cable, and I think the Memory Lane does too.
Cheers!

Red Witch titan has very dirty repeats and changing the time of the delay does not work smooth more like jumping in another time signature but the FX loop works perfect, seriell parallel switch is pretty neat and rhythms are also decent! BUT my feeling was that the titan is 3 modded Dano Delays in series…
Skrecho is priceless, best modulation sounds on the market, schweet tape warble, FX loop needs to be used careful with other pedals (keep level low or add a volume pedal)

I don't know about the Titan, but I've yet to find a tape-simulator delay out there that matches up to my Skrecho. Buy one!

If Kayzer said it, it has to be true!
No, seriously. The titan was a cool idea but doesn't sound that good in my opinion. just don't like the sound of the repeats. As for a Skrecho, I've considered myself happy with delays for quite some time now but still feel I might have to go for the skrecho. There isn't one bad sounding demo of this on youtube for example.. I'm not a huge fan of mod on delays but the Skreddys modulation just sounds...oh woooow.

Cheers, folks.
Regarding the loop, Kayzer, isn't there an internal switch/knob that regulates how much output the effects loop is giving?
I checked with Tone Factor and they won't have any in for over a month. I might buy locally instead. It's a bit more expensive but at least I can get one straight away and without any hassle from customs.
It's a shame about the Titan. It was a great idea.
