its got one white knob, one black, the chaos switch, and a little scratch on the e13 logo. i know ive seen it before!

I traded an aenima for that pedal in early '09 from skarrgus (who was the original owner) then it made it's way to PP and I have no clue where it went from there.

I used that bastard when I was in a black metal band. I'm pretty sure it's the sluttiest pedal on ILF.
I have the original box kicking about somewhere, I'll have to try and find it. Found it about a month ago, and have since misplaced it again.
Oh, and if you decide to sell it, I wouldn't mind taking it off your hands.
