Oof, yeah that is too spot on.

Waldorf already has a virtual version of the Blofeld synth for Win/Mac for $160. They just announced an iPad version for $13:

Dunno if that price is just intro, but that’s tempting.

Watching Oliver fuck around with this was actually more illuminating for me than the previous videos.

The Waldorf is a very mighty synthesizer. I had the hardware Blofeld for some time and I liked its sound and capabilities a lot. Sold it for the lack of controls and too much menu diving. I think in app form it'll be a ton of fun, though. I just don't have an iPad.

i know it's inherent in the original design, but i really wish someone would throw versimilitude to the winds and make an oilcan delay with two seconds of hang time. i adore that sound, but i need longer drips.

I haven’t looked into Old Blood Noise’s flash new Black Fountain pedal, but I imagine it can go pretty long?

There's no mention of max time on the OBNE product page or within the current user manual. :idk:

The Nemesis will do 800ms and self-oscillate. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBG8kvyBq8w This kind of makes me want to feed a cleaner digital delay into something like the Adineko to merge the longer repeats with that murky sound.
