I finally got the right dish to break out Heraclitus's Sichuan Habanero hot sauce from last year. So good. Burns in a very nice way, different than yr. standard habanero. Right at home on rice dishes.

We're well into December now, so I hope all of our stalking and searching has yielded some great finds (I've been given a bit of a peak behind the scenes for some of them and they look fantastic).

Remember that everyone and their extended families are going to want to be shipping all sorts of stuff this month, so if you're worried about a deadline (not all folks are), earlier is usually better than later.
