Hi, i'm back.
What clone of the Mosrite Fuzzrite does exist today, which does perfectly match the sound & specs of the original (no led, only battery etc) ?
Please don't list all existing clones, even if they sound GREAT; there are many, but not sure if any REALLY sound like the Mosrite.
Best current Fuzzrite clone ?

I have seen that one. Looks fine. But germanium. True i did not mention i was interested in silicon. I might get tempted though. Not the In-a-gadda-da-vida tone, but probably a nice tone however.

i was going to recommend the Catalinbread germanium and silicon Fuzzrites which are made under license from the Moseley family, but then i re-read and saw the strict constructionist approach..
precisely. the germanium is way gnarlier.what is the difference between the germ and the silicon? not as buzzzzy?

Hey, you could give the EQD Fuzz Master General or the JHS Pedals Smiley a shot. People say they really nail that vintage Mosrite vibe.
