I'd need to see a picture of the guts or hear it in action to form up anything beyond a wild ass guess..
My guess being that the 3 cross modulated oscillators is based in either CMOS or timer topologies, basically a three voice drone synth feeding the modulation core. It's also possible that the effect of modulation is not the standard analog multiplier, but derived from CMOS switching as well. It could be argued that one of three oscillators could be employed as an LFO, but that hinges on how they are ranged and if the balancing benefits super low frequencies.
I'm of the opinion that much of the topology I've just mentioned does not shine in the low frequencies, but again - I have no idea what's going on here.
That build would benefit from a demo of some sort, as their write up leaves a lot to the imagination.
I feel like Ring Mod is the type of effect where spending a little bit more is generally worth what you pay. You'll usually get better sound quality and some more versatility the more you spend.

Please. Please make this Evil Eye Fuzz War a regular pedal into your line. I have wanted nothing more, ever. Like a beefed up Gonkulator? Please. Please I beg you. Please.

I have that! It's been in a box for a long time. It isn't bad.
That Jupiter is a clone of a DeadEnd clone of a DBA. I like what Dino did with it: DIY it! (and, yes, I have it)
