I don't love the idea of paying a deposit on something, that won't be ready for 6-9 months. However, saving 33% was too much for me to pass up. Future me, you're welcome.

Also, since I've whiled away at least a few years on YT watching synth preset vids, seeing people play slight updates to those sounds in person with this tech was a very Purple Rose Of Cairo moment for me (just sayin')
I guess I'm in group 2 or 3. I'm still waiting on them to invoice me for my remaining balance. The product page on Sweetwater says they don't expect theirs for a few months. Expressive E sent updates every couple of months, so it's not like they disappeared. It's been 3 years, so any anticipation waned a long time ago. With Covid + parts issues, a lot of stuff was out of their hands, so I never considered dropping out. However, future me still needs to find money in the cushions to pay off the balance.
