My old 1992 Peavey Bandit 112 (Scorpion Equipped!) really brought the nasty. It had a great distortion tone. Heavy as all hell, though.

I want to find one of those to combine with a rusty box :thumb: or one of the sunns.

I know Daniel Ash was all about the solid state HH amps. Even cut up the combos so he could use them with 4x12s for Love & Rockets...

It's a Univox UB-250 that I found up in Traverse City on a vacation a couple of years back. It has a volume and a tone knob, period. Surprisingly, it sounds remarkably clear and well defined for having a 15" speaker.

LOVE Univox amps/cabs, nice find. If for any reason you need to pawn that off down the road, hit me up, hah.

I got a Univox 2x12 cab for $50.
Same size as a Bassman cab but upright. It had a Peavey Black Widow and a Celestion Cobra in it. I swapped the Black Widow for an EVM
Looks like crap but sounds great.
I modded it (Oh no!) with a Marshal switch panel, 4 ohm, 16 ohm or 2x8 ohm inputs.
