I've got a hand full of field recordings done but haven't really felt good about anything else I've come up with for this. Tried some guitar and lyra stuff but those both sounds pretty bland. Will probably try again this weekend then upload what I have so far.

They were done with iPad into two Habits and an Echosystem (set to an ambient patch) so maybe more "acceptable" than some of my previous offerings :)
I like those! Some really pretty bits that would be lovely looped and put with some bass sounds :) Think I might use some of these!

Jeez, that went quickly.

I have a couple things set aside that need to be pared down, but I do hope to generate some sounds this weekend as well!

I'm planning to play some guitar, maybe go and record some birds if I'm up bright and early tomorrow.

Hey everyone have to bow out - I've been insanely busy and I'll actually be away from my instruments from now until the deadline. Sorry for that!

I'm hopefully going to get something going this weekend. If not, I might be bowing out too. We'll see how it goes, I guess

I had a couple things from my first noodlings a few weeks ago, and then got a bunch of stuff today, now uploaded! I decided to take the pressure off everyone else by being the jerk that uploads too much stuff, so now no one else has to feel bad.

I think looking at the drive folder, five of us have uploaded stuff?

Noodled in a few different ways on upright. Uploaded WAVs 24bit 44.1kHz as that's what I normally use, if this doesn't work for anyone I should be able to bounce again with different specs just let me know.

Split it into 4 shorter files, hopefully that helps people out in finding the bits they might want.

1. single notes, simple riff

2. a riff

3. behind the bridge plucking

4. some drumming

if I think of anything else today I'll do that too.

I managed to record some stuff and i’m about to upload it, Incredible!

I tried to keep it as basic as possible to leave more space for manipulation, quite raw actually, hope the samples serves their purpose.

Honestly I wasn’t even sure I was gonna make it, but after recording I’m actually impatient to start the sample dis/assembly part of the process!

Did some non-instrument sampling. Seeing the rest of the class turn in their projects... uh oh.

I have some field recordings but my interface has been giving problems so I don't have much to contribute outside of some field recordings which I hope to upload in the next day or 2.

Definitely add some more sounds!

There's some great pieces in the tracks submitted so far, I've downloaded them all and I'm starting to cut them up into loops :) Thanks everyone!
