+Hoxton Smith THE RG 1503 IS SOLID STATE, BUT RANDALL DO MAKE THE BEST SOLID STATE AMPS, I KNOW BASICALLY ALMOST EVERY PIECE OF GEAR OUT THERE, I USE TO WORK AT A PAWN SHOP THAT SPECIALISED IN GUITAR GEAR, HALF THE STUFF IN THERE WAS GUITAR GEAR, IF YOU BUY USED BE CAREFULL BUT YOU CAN GET A LOT OF BANG FOR THE BUCK USED, JUST OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD THE PEAVEY 6505 MINI HEAD IS 20 WATTS AND JAM PACKED FULL OF FEATURES, PEAVEY GIVES YOU THE MOST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK
