So I watched a few demos and got confused and frustrated confirming that the Habit is probably not for me.

Then I watched this video manual and now I kind of want one. It seems surprisingly straight forward now that I actually understand what's going on.

I still wish Chase Bliss offered larger pedals with more immediate control and stereo I/O, but this one seems pretty interesting either way
Agree all around. Didn't entice me until this one and makes me really wish CB would do stereo in a footprint twice as wide or less. But I feel that way about all of the their pedals. Have gotten so much enjoyment in each one that I've had (Mood, Gen Loss especially) but really need stereo to fit into my board.

It’s been ten years since I lost money on the Devi version of this, and I still want it

The packaging and build quality do not inspire confidence.

Looks like the enclosures are 3D printed? I'm not very familiar with 3D printing and the rigidity of the plastic, but seems like something that might not be super durable over the long haul. :idk:

I think that they keep the same footprint because from a business standpoint they can order components in bulk at a lower cost and put all of the $$ into programming all those insane features.

My Habit came today and I like it a lot.

I could probably get a lot of the sounds from my Beebos or Zoias but it's nice to be able to tweak things relatively easily while playing.

Here's my first bit of recording with it (plus one or two other pedals, but the Habit was the first in the chain and on all the time) other than the track Duck, which is just a duck.

thanks, Paul C - enjoying this, including the duck - did a quick scan through and back to the top for a full listen - this is more illuminating than a mess'o'those opening day demos - lots of variation here :snax:

I should clarify that Duck is a sample, this is the original.
