I saw your statement thread before I saw this post and was wonderin' if I missed something. Makes sense now.

You should sticky that thread if you haven't already. :thumb:
The Adsense banning happened years ago when someone went too far a couple times.

Unrelated to the recent statement regarding the ban on nude/intimate photos of non-models / unknown origin or individuals.

There's an alternate timeline where ILF wasn't permabanned from Adsense, our mods are paid, we're integrated across platforms, with an app, and it's fast as fuck. May that be comfort upon our weary souls.
I'm happy with the current timeline. Keep ILF scrappy and niche.

I'm glad this place is still hanging in there. I enjoy the vibe and I hate the word vibe too.

Honestly, it culd be way slower. I thought it was just my internet since at times it just acts like that. So yes but please no wishful thinking.

i think part of the problem, which affects all of the forums i'm on to some extent or another, is that some of the necessary structure has become moribund. software companies who produced the frameworks have often disappeared or last updated their software sometime in the Oughties and it's now 20 years out of sync with current technical needs. your 20-year-old laptop wouldn't do well today, either. and when the software is still actively developed it tends to be prohibitively expensive. i'm not sure about here, but i know that the Gretsch Pages forum was more or less written from scratch in the late 90s and depended on the creator as the sole administrator to keep things running. he recently handed it off to a group of others after more than 20 years.
