I found a font called "Frank knows" It was meant to be...

Few more tweaks here and there to go, but here's a preview.

It's not just you, don't worry, that's the tweaking that I referred to.

In reality his head is about the size of the tip of my pinky so I had to do stuff like remove some hair fibres caught in the paint from the image that were invisible to the naked eye, but made him look like he had pubes stuck to his face before I got to the finishing touches

It does but I think it might be off putting... but nothing stopping me doing other variants later
