Envelope to CV/Expression Pedals?

Is there anything out there in pedal form that reads the envelope from your guitar and, with some adjustability, outputs a cv or exp signal to control parameters on other effects that have cv/expression control inputs?

I know about the Copilot Autopilot, but for reasons I'm not going to get into, there's no way I'm getting one of those.

So, anybody know of any other options?

Dwarfcraft Hax 2 sends the envelope follower signal out as CV.

I've been down this road and what I'm using now is a Dreadbox Epsilon.
There are a couple of other things, like Hax 2, that do it but not while bypassed. There's the WMD thing that I think of as Potatostar and it's pretty expensive. I don't know for sure if it does it while bypassed.
