Devi Warhorse

I know this is a bit premature, but does anybody have a Warhorse yet? I have a Devi Bass Fuzz, and I'm wondering how the two compare.

The war horse if and when it rears it's head is suppose to be based on the SM [Soda Meiser] so look up threads here and over in Devi's forum on SM, Year of the rat and cherry pop [also Workhorse] vs bass fuzz/SMBL.

I can answer a bout the Cherry Pop and Workhorse vs the bass fuzz/SMBL.

In short, night and day.
The SM types are chewy and greasy where the bass fuzz/SMBL is robotic and grindy.

Thanks for the comparison - I've been looking for a Cherry Pop forever, so I really hope the Warhorse is around the corner!

Mudfuzz covered the OP. As for the warhorse/workhorse connection, I don't know if we'll ever see anything like the workhorse again.
Devi has instead adopted the warhorse name for the new 4knobber series version of the soda meiser

Hmm... yeah, I've been waiting for the War Horse for a bit, as I'd been searching for a Cherry Pop to no avail.

But I already own a Shoegazer that I love, and I have an extra Soda Meiser that is used by another DUDE in my band, AND I just got my ABSynth 5k back from Tom (or from a mysterious Julie ) with the Voice Toggle!

I'm up to my asstits in SMs and oscillators. Although... my main board (Everyman board for two bands) has no oscillator (unnecessary?) and my fuzz board (for The Boys Themselves) has no Soda Meiser on it, which I would like. But that may mean the ABSynth and the War Horse on one board.
